Counselling sessions and price

It's really important to me that you find counselling with me welcoming, relaxed, helpful and affordable. We go one session at a time, at your own pace.

Face to face counselling

Face-to-face counselling is in a lovely, relaxed and confidential counselling space, located just north of Maidenhead. Further details and helpful information are available when enquiring.

Online counselling

Online counselling is as confidential as meeting in person and can often be more flexible and accessible for some people than face-to-face counselling.

For online counselling, I currently use Zoom or Microsoft Teams. However I am happy to discuss and agree with you an online method which works for you and that you feel happy with.

Telephone counselling

I now offer telephone counselling for people who find it difficult to meet in person or do not have access at that time to an online method.

Details and price

A session is 50 minutes or so in length.

Payment is by online banking payment prior to each session.

Alternatively for face-to-face sessions only, cash is accepted during a session.

PDF and/or paper receipts are provided for each session payment.

Sessions available Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm, depending on availability.
